Steve has spent 30+ years with local, regional, state and national non-profits as well as various board leadership positions.
More recently, Steve has pursued DEI and Aging initiatives to ensure equitable delivery of Deaf/ASL friendly services in Monroe County.

Bio:
Marina Barnum, Social worker by trade, currently working for Lifespan of Greater Rochester as the Bilingual Eldersource Care Manager. Enjoys spending time with family and friends, and out in the woods in the ADK. Loves to sew and thrift shop for collectable items in her spare time.

Patti Canne, University of Rochester Medical Center Social Worker for the
Deaf, Deaf-blind, and hard of hearing population
One of my passions is to help the Deaf and hard-of-hearing population, particularly older adults, by improving their access to resources and services. Another goal is addressing these obstacles by educating their health care staff and providers on how to identify at-risk individuals and provide appropriate language assistance and accommodations.
Karen Putz

Karen Putz is an Adjunct Instructor at Rochester Institute of Technology and a Mindvalley Life Coach. She runs Deaf Academy and The Parent Circle.
